By downloading, accessing, or using the Bagheera Focus app ("Bagheera", "we", "us", "our"), these Terms and Conditions automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the application. You are not permitted to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app, its source code, or our trademarks in any way.

2. Description of Service

Bagheera provides a premium Pomodoro-style timer and task planning system designed to optimize personal focus, manage daily tasks ("hunts"), and schedule productivity blocks. The application integrates advanced native features such as background audio services, local databases (Isar), and Dynamic Island Live Activities.

3. User Responsibilities & Data

Your focus history, schedules, and task configurations are stored locally on your device to ensure complete privacy. You are solely responsible for backing up your local device data and keeping your device software updated to ensure maximum app stability and compatibility.

4. Intellectual Property

The application itself, including all artwork, customized layout assets, source code, visual components, branding identifiers, and trademark rights associated with Bagheera Focus, belongs exclusively to us. Your use of the app grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to utilize the service for personal productivity.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bagheera Focus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to maintain high-performance background services and robust local storage solutions, we do not guarantee that the application will function uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all operating systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bagheera Focus or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the application or background features.

Common Troubleshooting Guides Live Activity & Dynamic Island Not Updating Ensure iOS settings permit Live Activities: **Settings > Bagheera > Allow Live Activities**. Make sure **Low Power Mode** is disabled, as it can restrict background UI updates. Restart the focus session to re-trigger the activity loop.
